Consciousness is eternal

 

Consciousness is eternal: our souls. They are eternal, immutable, omissive, omni-present, omnipotent, and our spark partakes of the same nature as the divine, so there can be no death for this, no change for this. The change occurs in our shells, mind, intellect, the senses. But not in the essence, the principles which is consciousness.

Self-realization is the ultimate goal of every human being

 

The inherent nature of the mind is restlessness. To master the mind, deep inhalation is required. So, when we practice Kriya Yoga, within a short time automatically we will feel that the mind is transformed into cosmic consciousness, experience superhuman perception, and be ultimately transported to the divine plane. If a person does not strive for salvation or Self-realization, he will be confronted with various troubles, worries, anxieties, pitfalls, and shortcomings. These dangers and difficulties will turn the mind towards God. But by prayer alone, one cannot reach God very quickly. Self-realization is the ultimate goal of every human being. So, if a person practices this scientific technique regularly and sincerely, he can surely attain the God-realization that is Self-realization.

Everything said about God is false

 

“Everything said about God is false.”

 

The disciples knew what was coming next.

 

The master continued, “Words are only a distortion of a reality that can never be comprehended by reason.”

 Frustrated, the disciples asked him what they should do.

“Just be in silence.”

 

A young disciple ventured, “Why do you keep on talking then?”

 The master smiled. “Ah, but you have not understood.  Don’t just listen to my words. Listen to the silence.”

 

Brown rice is just right

 

How do you like zazen? I think it may be better to ask, how do you like brown rice? Zazen is too big a topic. Brown rice is just right. Actually, there is not much difference.

The purpose of human life is to enquire:

 

Who am I?

Where have I come from?

What will happen to me at death?

Why do I suffer?

Why do others suffer?

Who is God?

How can I serve God?

Why is there variety of living beings?

How can I get out this cycle of birth, old age, disease, and death?

How can I live eternally?
